Service Description

At Sweetgrass Healing Centre Inc., we are here to provide you and your team, with a personalized psycho-educational workshop. This service will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge on various topics, such as, emotional regulation, addictions & aftercare recovery, grief & loss, effective communication skills, stages of change, and self-care. Through the use of evidence-based psychology, trauma-informed facilitation, and the integrated practice of Indigenous Knowledge and teachings, I will provide you with the necessary tools and information to make empowered decisions about your life and wellbeing. Psycho-ed workshop services are served both online via Zoom and/or in-person, upon request. Inclusion of indigenous spiritual teachings are available upon request. We can also provide custom-made psychological education and trauma-informed workshops for your department, organization and team, to address all of your wellness needs.
